Payment methods via Kaspi
Assel Kruszka (AK) offers the following Kaspi payment methods: • payment by invoice in the Kaspi.kz app; • Kaspi Credit; • Kaspi Red; • 0-0-12 instalments. These payment methods are available for all items of our brand, subject to the availability of the relevant Kaspi service.
How to place an order
Choose your items and contact us via WhatsApp or the store’s official email. Tell us the names of the items or send their photos, and let us know the sizes you need and your preferred payment method. We will explain the next steps and help you place the order. If you prefer to pay in the Kaspi.kz app, send us the phone number linked to your Kaspi account. We will issue an invoice for payment in the app — you will not need to enter any bank card details on the website. For a purchase on credit, via Kaspi Red or in 0-0-12 instalments, please let us know in advance. The availability of the chosen payment method and the approval of the purchase are determined by Kaspi Bank in accordance with the bank’s current terms.
Exchanges & returns
Purchases paid via Kaspi, including on credit, in instalments or via Kaspi Red, are subject to the exchange and return rules under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The payment method does not limit the buyer’s rights. Whether an item can be exchanged or returned depends on its category, its condition and the time limits set by law. Once a return is approved, we refund the payment through the original Kaspi transaction. Cancellation or recalculation of the credit, instalment plan or Kaspi Red balance is handled by the bank.
